Join us for our 4-course wine pairing dinner. Chef has curated a menu to pair with the wines we've selected for the season. An archiect by trade, Elena Walch has brought modern concepts to the traditional establishment of wine-making. Her and her daughters use sustainable manual practices, setting the benchmark for the future. Alto Adige, tucked into the peaks of the Dolomites, gives a unique terroir for Walch's wines.
