Wines will be from a small Sicilian vineyard - Planeta. 17 generations later, it has gained notable recognition as a sustainable vineyard with an ever-developing series of initiatives from protecting the landscape, introducing renewable energy, and organic viticulture.

Penny Murray, the US Brand Ambassador from Planeta, will be joining us that night and guiding you through our 4-course menu created by our Chef and paired with wines we felt best suited the dish.
